Conning employees enrolled in business-related degree programs at the associates, bachelors and master’s levels are eligible to receive reimbursement for cost of tuition, fees, and books.
Conning invests in those seeking professional designations by providing reimbursement and paid study time for sponsored designation programs and financial recognition upon successful completion of select exams.
