Stephen V. Searl, CFA, is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Corporate and Municipal Teams. Prior to joining Conning in 2002 as an analyst in its corporate credit research group, he held analyst roles with Aeltus Investment Management and Aetna Life & Casualty across the public corporate, private placement and equity asset classes. Mr. Searl earned a degree in business administration from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Cornell University.
